NUTRITION CAN BE A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TOWARDS HEADACHES….

Some of the nutritional supports may be:

MAGNESIUM may be helpful to someone suffering headaches, as it helps relax the muscles. Some foods that magnesium can be found in are whole grains, avocados, apples, brown rice, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, sesame seeds, bananas and garlic.

WATER  is essential for your body. Dehydration is a common headache trigger. So upkeep your water intake.

ALCOHOL can cause dehydration which can use headaches.  So limiting or avoiding alcohol can be beneficial to headache sufferers.

CAFFEINE can also cause dehydration.  So limiting your intake of tea, coffee, chocolate can also be of benefit.
